Managed to get his picture in the local Express News. I have included a link to the article and the photo. First Grandbaby, and his picture in the local paper all in one week! WTG James!

On any given Thursday night at Texas Pride Barbecue, the expansive barbeque joint south of St. Hedwig becomes Texas' mini Sturgis, a hard-rockin' haven for hundreds of motorcycle enthusiasts.

That's a euphemism, of course, because bikers — that's their preferred term — come in all shapes, colors, ages, dispositions and sexes to "Bike Night" at Texas Pride.

Some can look a little scary. Others like they're ready for the retirement home. Still others have that I-can-do-your-taxes look.

"You can never judge a biker by its cover," said Tiffany Klinefelter, who looks more like a swimsuit model than a mother of five who also happens to ride a custom Harley-Davidson.

"These guys are golden. People need to understand that."

Klinefelter, her husband, Sabin, and their children come out regularly. Seven-year-old Garrison dashes by as if to prove the place is kid-friendly, too.

The diverse two-wheel tribe, some atop $50,000 custom machines, has been gathering here for years on the far southeast side of town. It's a tradition, maybe something more.

It's a reflection of owner Tony Talanco's love of custom motorcycles and George Strait. One of his bikes sports intricate airbrushed images of Strait, the Texas Tornados, Buddy Holly, Janis Joplin, Johnny Rodriguez, Stevie Ray Vaughan and others.

Talanco runs the place once featured on the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" and decorated in Texana antiques with his wife, Joni, and daughter, Tara.

"Basically, it's a big party," Talanco said. "It's a mini rally every week."
